This is a very rare variant of an already rare Medicom line for Metal Gear Solid 3. This variant was only sold at Chicago Comic & Entertainment Expo and is numbered 084 out of 250. Normal shelf wear but overall excellent condition especially for its age. Kept in a pet/smoke free house since release. Refer to pictures for minor corner damage.
